Computer-controlled flame cutting robots guarantee extremely precise synchronous cuts and thus an optimum fit of necking and nozzles.

Our automatic inside grinder for grooves, bottoms and nozzles also operates fully automatically and has been designed for diameters between 800 mm and 4,000 mm, and for lengths up to 10,000 mm. Perfectly ground steel surfaces are the optimum basis for glass lining.

In view of the up to 100 m of welded seams on a single apparatus, our automatic submerged welding system which ensures material-friendly welding through low heat input is of key importance.
